[drats_users] D-RATS 0.3.0b2

Hi Again,

I thought I'd try the Mac version to see if it has a similar problem  
with preferences. But now I'm having a "senior moment".

I can download the ".gz" file fine. I can uncompress it into a folder  
too. But how do I get it to install?
