[drats_users] PDA D-RATS

You know Dan, your right, I'm going to take my sorry butt down to the
local college and see if  I can learn a little about programing emBedded 
Visual C ++
or emBedded Visual Basic,(does it support com ports now?) I hate being so
 uneducated about this.  I learned how to program the wrong stuff :-) CNC 
Mills,
and Comercial Refrigeration and HVAC.  Dang I missed the boat on that one.
Thanks Dan for a nice progam for me to play with on my ham radio.
