I just turned on another ratflector on port 9001.  We'll call this one
good for RF linking and keep the one on port 9000 clean for testing.

Please, please, PLEASE be respectful of the people who use or own
equipment on whatever frequency you bring this up on.  If linking to
an RF repeater, please secure permission from the owner first.
