[drats_users] Ratflector?

So don't know if anyone else saw my dumb questions about the "Ratflector"
buried in the Alpha 11 report.

 

Are folks generally staying connected to the Ratflector (and what IP/DNS
name is it again, or it is not a full-time thing right now?) and using it?
