[drats_users] D-RATS and Winlink 2K

I don't think Dan's ideas revolve around and exclusive email service
provider. Gmail is free and available to most anybody and they a very strong
infrastructure, but there is no reason that winlink.org couldn't be a MTA as
well.

Just my $0.41 worth.
