[drats_users] Forms and File Transfers

I was using a Serial Dongle on my end. The chipset is the FTDI which has
been one of the most widely recognized chipsets for Amateur Applications.

Were you two using a COMM port standard serial port (computer) or USB serial
converter?
This is important as to timing issues. Should not matter as the device
driver should make it
compatible. Many users today have no choice and especially laptop users.

Were you using 0.2.4?  If you were, grab 0.2.5 (there was a transfer bug
in 0.2.4).  If not, make sure debugging is enabled on both sides, start
D-RATS and reproduce the issue, and then send me the debug.log file.
