Oh, no I remember you.  I meant "the other one" who has done some XSL 
work... :)

I think that the XSL stylesheets make the forms really useful when 
dealing with served agencies.  I had initially underestimated the 
usefulness of printing a form that looks real and recognizable.

It would be great to increase the number of stock forms included with 
D-RATS, and definitely having good stylesheets to go along with them is 
a plus.
