Hi all,

I'm posting a beta of 0.2.8 with some fixes:

- Fix editing of exec and file QSTs
- Fix exec QSTs on windows
- Make GPS QSTs display to the screen (again)
- Fix closing of external GPS port on settings save
- Fix up GPRMC parsing

The QST editor for Exec and File QSTs was broken (lending the ('File',
'myfile') craziness that you guys tried to warn me about).  Sorry for
not getting the picture sooner.

Leo, if you could try your Exec QST again, I'd appreciate it.  Be sure
to delete the broken one and create it fresh.

Ronald, see if this beta fixes your callsign UNKNOWN issue.  It was
related to the fact that you are broadcasting the RMC sentence and I
wasn't parsing it correctly.

Terry, please make sure this fixes the issue with killing the external
GPS when you tweak QSTs or other settings.
