[drats_users] RSS Feedparser for CenTOS 5.2

Ok having a problem with this rss

http://content.usatoday.com/marketing/rss/rsstrans.aspx?feedId=weather1

(Looking at it with Liferea its only 15 feed lines)

not displaying anything and a shell run shows (in appropriate area for 
function real-time)
