[drats_users] Main settings window on mini-PC

I'm testing out a pair of small form-factor PCs. the first one I'm  
playing with has XP installed.  2.7b9 is working just fine, but the  
Main settings window is not adjustable vertically enough that I can  
get the save/cancel boxes visible.  I can tab to them and guess where  
I am, which is working fine for me for testing, but not long term for  
end users (I'm hoping to put 2-4 data stations together for my ARES  
group made of something like this).  I can slide the window down, and  
get the adjust-it arrow, but it only lets me shrink it a very small  
amount.

Is there a Windows trick I don't know about (there is no windowing  
box, or size adjust box), or is Dan going to have to allow it to have  
scrolling?

PS, I've got the Mac version talking to the XP version for my first  
actual radio-to-radio testing, and at 2 feet apart it seems to work  
just great :-)
