Hi list,

I just posted 0.2.7b7 with the following changes:

- Add the language translation code (italian only so far)
- Add a GPS port speed selection
- Add a WeatherUnderground QST type
- Final (hah) touches to the QST editor box

The biggest change is the translation code, but *hopefully* people won't
notice.  It is pretty invasive, and has the potential to break lots of
things.  Some smoke testing of the entire application would be a good
idea.  At some point I'll add something to the wiki (or maybe Leo will
do it for me) about how to run the app in a different language.

The WeatherUnderground stuff is really basic right now, but should give
you a taste of what's to come.  I'll add stuff like forecasts and such
in the future.  I threw this together in about an hour, so don't be
surprised if something is broken :D

This could potentially be the official 0.2.7 release unless anyone comes
up with a significant regression with it.
