[drats_users] D-RATS 0.2.7b6 config help

I downloaded the latest version of D-rats.  Very Cool!
I'm new to this and am looking for some configuration help.
I primarily need help assigning values on the Network tab, so that I can send (and/or receive) email.
What do I put in the following fields?
 
SMTP Server:
Force SMTP Reply-To:
POP3 Server:
POP3 Username:
POP3 Password:
POP3 Poll interval:
POP3 Port:
Socket flush interval:
Outgoing:
Incoming:
 
Does the configuration change if I'm connected to the internet vs. being in the field?
Ideally, I'd like to use my Winlink email account to get and receive email (N7EXB at winlink.org), is that possible?
