I was looking in the wrong place, Found hashlib here; /tmp/Python-2.6/Python-2.6/Lib hashlib.py So I have it but perhaps its a path collection problem now. I ran ./configure , then make , then make install. As per the readme, so not sure what I need to do to make d-rats see the correct module now? Still thinking Dan? :) vk4tux
