[drats_users] AutoQST on Email

I am trying to broadcast email messages received in DRATS as an autoQST.
Unfortunately, the local AmberALert group does not have an RSS or CAP feed
for amber alerts. When a new email message is received via the mail client I
would like to generate a one time AUTOQST (just as if it were an RSS or CAP
feed).

I'm not sure what you mean... Do you mean announce to everyone on RF that an
email has arrived?
