[drats_users] Windows error on auto-QST exec function

Can you translate this please:

  WindowsError: [Error 2] Impossibile trovare il file specificato

What are you trying to run that is failing?  When I made a change to the
exec stuff on Windows last time, I was able to run a batch file
successfully.
