[drats_users] Data tab

Dan,  I just noticed that the data tab is missing off the main settings menu pull down.  I am having a problem with the timing of answer backs and before I could set it for 2 or 3 seconds delay but all that data stuff is gone.  Also the ping msg stuff is gone also.  Maybe I am missing something. here.
