[drats_users] Feature Request

As I continue to experiment with this software, I become more and more impressed by it's usefulness. Especially for emergency communications, where I think it can play a major role. 

After sending a fair amount of traffic with the software, I do have a feature request for a future release. 

In the "forms generator", it would be helpful if the software could detect the current date and time (in Zulu) from the computer's system clock. To be functional, I think the user would have to set their offset from GMT in the setup portion. The form generator would then use these as the "default" when starting a new form, while still allowing the user to change them as it currently does. 

This would speed up the drafting of new messages, which can be a real time saver during actual incidents and/or exercises. It's a minor annoyance, but I thought it might be a worthwhile "fix" at some point.
