Indeed, I forgot to update my manifest file.  I just posted b9 with the fix.

I mentioned it in a beta release note a couple weeks back.  Looks like I
updated the chirp wiki, but not this one.  So, take a look at the chirp
page:

Under the Linux section, follow just the last bit of the instructions
about "unpack and install".
