[drats_users] D-RATS 0.2.8b8 GPS

Hey Dan the GPS 18 is not talking at all to Drats now for some reason. It semi worked on older ver.

Okay, great, thanks.

I'd really like to get a GPS-18 sometime to put in the car.  Maybe if 
this fix doesn't work I'll have to accelerate that purchase so I can do 
some testing of my own :)
