They are the selective squelch (CTCSS tones and/or DCS codes) used by<br>
the VFD. They are set up in CHIRP using the Tone Mode and its<br>
associated fields. Without knowing what the QT/DQT Dec (receive) and<br>
QT/DQT Enc (transmit) values are, it isn't practical to tell you how<br>
to set them up in CHIRP.<br>
