In this regard, Windows 11 works exactly the same as Windows 10 (and<br>
8, 7, vista, etc). If you have a programming cable with a Prolific<br>
type USB-to-Serial chip you must download, install and select the<br>
older Prolific v3.2.0.0 device driver.<br>
