the dependencies with "pip3 install -r requirements", then running "chirpwx.py"
and orca was able to read everything to me. I'm not an expert on orca. I think
the navigation worked, but it did seem to work fine.</div>

CHIRP pre-installed seems a bit of over-kill. Typically a single line command
would install CHIRP, wouldn't it?</div>
