Unless you can get the OEM software to work, it is a cable/connection<br>
problem. No programming software can work unless there is a complete<br>
and working connection between the radio and computer. Make sure that<br>
nothing is getting in the way of the plug getting fully inserted into<br>
the socket. Sometimes the socket cover can get in the way. Sometimes<br>
the shape of the radio's case can get in the way. Sometimes the socket<br>
of these cheap radios is positioned too far inside the case so the<br>
pins of the programming cable can't fully reach inside the socket to<br>
make proper connections. Sometimes it is possible to work around these<br>
issues by pressing on the plug as the cloning progresses.<br>
