I went to the Miklor website to try and diagnos some problems I am having<br>
in establishing the correct driver. Miklor said the WCH chipset will not<br>
recognize Prolific drivers, then said to follow a particular link, but it<br>
is in Chinese. I have Windows 10. What can I do?<br>

Correct. You can't use one vendor's device driver with another vendor's chip.<br>

You just need to go to the WCH chip vendor's English website.<br>
