I hit the "download from radio" and absolutely nothing happens. The radio is on and the cable is tightly secured (as much as possible). The screen remains blank and I don't get a box to enter any other information. This radio (UV 9R Plus) has a unique cable that differs from other Baofengs. </div><div><br></div><div>I'm about ready to send the radio and cable back and buy a different radio. If you tried to download from your radio and forgot to plug the cable<br>
into your radio, you would get an error.<br>
<br>
So just close CHIRP (to close the debug.log file), open CHIRP (to<br>
start a new debug.log file), attempt a download, and finally close<br>
CHIRP.<br>

Now attach the debug.log file.<br>
<br>

is in the CHIRP Documentation area. Here is a direct link to the page<br>
you need.<br>
