<div dir="ltr">(1) You need to read the instructions for using CHIRP that can be found at <a href="http://miklor.com">miklor.com</a>.<div>(2) The first step is to download an image from your radio before you attempt to program anything. Save a copy of this image file on your computer so that you can later return the radio to its out-of-the-box state if needed in the future. </div><div>(3) You can't just open CHIRP, make the settings that you want and then upload to the radio. You must first have an image from the radio to modify.
