Hi Steve,<br>

You still don't have a working connection between the radio and<br>
computer. Follow the instructions on <a href="http://miklor.com" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">miklor.com</a> to determine which<br>
device driver is install and which COM port number has been assigned<br>
to the programming cable and report back.<br>
