This radio stores some flags indicating the tuning step of the frequency, and the<br>
frequency as a multiple of the tuning step. This patch adds support for a<br>
frequency that is a multiple of 6.25 kHz for both the frequency and offset.<br>
Still missing is support for a multiple of 25/3 kHz.<br>
