I can download from my FT-60 into Chirp, but it will not upload to the<br>
radio. Error says communications failure. My FT-60 is in the ---RX---<br>
mode. Any suggestions?<br>

Try using FT-60 Commander software (free), found at <a href="http://www.kc8ung.com" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">www.kc8ung.com</a>. Use the alternate write method. Also check your cable on Device Manager and see if it shows to be Prolific. If it is, try rolling the driver to 3.2.0.0. Check <a href="http://www.miklor.com" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">www.miklor.com</a> for more info. Push the cable in firmly, too. <br>
