<div style="font-family: Arial;"> I surely appreciate you assisting me in this matter. I followed your instructions and, guess what, Houston, we still have a problem. Yep, it’s still a no-go. I can get that link you provided into the “Downloads” file. But,
when I click on that exe. file with the right mouse button, yes, one of the options is, “Run as an Administrator”. But, when I click on that option, it goes right back to the same exact screen that you click on to download the EXE file. The exe. file will
load and load and load, but that’s all that’s loaded. There is no Chirp file that I can follow all the prompts. The exe file just keeps cycling. I hate to sound like a phenomenal DUMMY here but, apparently, that’s what I am.

Paste that into your browser, and then press ENTER.<br>

Hopefully your browser will ask you what to do with the file<br>
chirp-daily-20190206-installer.exe -- the answer is you want to SAVE<br>
AS. I put my download files in a folder called "Downloads".<br>

Note: CHIRP runs on Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10. Older<br>
versions of Windows are not supported<br>

When it is finished saving, using Windows Explorer (the file explorer)<br>
go to Downloads, and find chirp-daily-20190206-installer.exe. Select<br>
it with the mouse arrow, then use the right mouse button and click the<br>
button and there will be a menu, you want to use "Open As<br>
Administrator". Open or Run is the same meaning so if it says "Run As<br>
Administrator" that's OK - I just cannot remember which it says. Click<br>
Open (or Run) as administrator with the left mouse button.<br>

Follow the prompts and install CHIRP.<br>
<br>
