Also found an old (2 years old) Reddit article where someone mentions in <br>
passing running CHIRP using Crouton on a Chromebook (and that it was <br>
working for them).  Crouton lets you run Linux apps on ChromeOS.  But <br>
its function has been rolled into ChromeOS now (see the link above).<br>
