I recently tried a daily build on my windows machine. the content pane in the installer was invisible to the screen readers I tried (narrator, NVDA and JAWS). so, still not accessible.</div><div><br></div><div>On oS X the application pane was largely invisible to voiceover. so, the app is unusable there as well.
