Where are you trying to save the file? Don't save it in the CHIRP<br>
folder where the program is. Create a folder in your Documents area<br>
and save it there.<br>

If that still doesn't work, right-click the CHIRP shortcut and choose<br>
"Run as administrator" and if that makes a difference.<br>
