Thanks for the help with this issue. Even though my serial cable worked<br>
on the Baofeng, Puxing, and Kenwood Radios, it would not work on the<br>
KG-UV8D. I purchased a new cable from Amazon and it arrived today<br>
(Sunday, Thank you Amazon Prime). The cable worked fine on the Baofeng<br>
and worked on the KG-UV8D.<br>
