<DIV><FONT color=#0000ff size=2 face=Arial>Hi Paul,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#0000ff size=2 face=Arial>I cannot tell you about the light, as
I cannot see mine, but my first question is, did you install the driver before
plugging in the cable?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#0000ff size=2 face=Arial>If you don't, Windows will install
what it thinks is the right driver, and it may not be right.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#0000ff size=2 face=Arial>If this is the case, delete the
device driver for the device, and reinstall the one that came with your
device.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#0000ff size=2 face=Arial>Then I would unplug the device,
reboot, and reinstall the driver, and then plug in the cable.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#0000ff size=2 face=Arial>HTH.</FONT></DIV>
