It fixed in September of 2014.<br clear="none"><br clear="none">As long as the radios have one of the N5R2xxx or N5R3xxx firmware<br clear="none">versions, you aren't going to notice any difference between firmware<br clear="none">versions.<br clear="none"><br clear="none">Except for the fact that CHIRP is the only way a consumer can<br clear="none">determine the "real" firmware version of these UV-5R and BF-F8HP<br clear="none">variants, this discussion has nothing to do with CHIRP and should<br clear="none">probably me moved to a Baofeng/UV-5R related forum.<br clear="none"><br clear="none">Jim KC9HI<div class="yqt9383245604" id="yqtfd41396"><br clear="none"></div><br><br></div> </div> </div> </div></div></body></html>
