The system cannot find the file requested.”<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Windows 10 – Device Mgr tells me that COM3 is set for the Prolific USB-to-Serial. Under General, “This device cannot start (Code 10). A device which does not exist was specified.
