I have had the following issues.<div class=""><br class=""><div class="">Not having the right driver.</div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre">        </span>Plug the driver in and open “About this Mac”, “System Report”, “USB HI-Spped Bus”, “Hub”, & “USB-Serial <span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre">                                </span>Controller”. This will give the the information you need to search for the right driver. After downloading it, install.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Not having the cable pushed in far enough.</div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre">        </span>Sometimes this is hard. Others have cut the cable housing down, but I have never had to do this. I just work it way <span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre">                </span>into the full “In” position.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Not letting the computer have enough time between steps.</div><div class=""><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre">        </span>This is the hardest step for me. After giving either the “Download from Radio” or the “Upload to Radio” command, I <span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre">                        </span>give a long 5 count between each further step.
