    Is there a hardware solution for this problem?  Is there a different
    cable I can buy?  I have tried to fix this problem on Windows,
    Linux, and Mac and I just cant get it to work.  <br>

      Just a heads up for you OSX users thinking of upgrading to the
      next version of OSX: El Capitan.  Unsigned drivers will no longer
      be supported (existing methods to allow unsigned drivers is being
