I've been running the latest CHIRP daily build on a small WINBOOK tablet<br>
PC with Windows 10 preview. I've only used it with ICOM D-STAR rigs and a<br>
home made cable using an FTDI chipset. CHIRP works fine in that<br>
configuration.<br>

I can't speak to the Chinese rigs using Prolific cables, which is what<br>
everyone seems to have trouble with.<br>
