I tried changing the bit rate and always got negative results. One of these days I'll try loading the factory program for the Wouxun, if it works it might prove a point of some kind. Hi Jim,<br>

It sounds to me like you may be selecting the wrong com port. It is<br>
most likely different from what it was before. Look in device manager<br>
to see which port is being assigned to your programming cable.<br>
