<div dir="ltr">Hi Bob,<div><br></div><div>I own several Wouxun radios and all of them will transmit out of band. Police, fire, air traffic, you name it. During an emergency, anything is allowed, so I'm actually glad to have them. But it's also possible to buy radios here (depends on where you buy them) that are only in-band radios for ham.
