      old CG days when we used phone and voice interchangeably on our

      freq guards. I'm wondering if I have a bad cable perhaps. I'm

      going to borrow one from a friend of mine that downloaded his

      Chirp setup onto my radio from his win 7 computer with another

      cable. If that doesn't work I'll just return the radio and start

      all over with a cable that will accept the latest windows (7)

      driver updates. Tks for the advice.<br>
