PyGTK can't run in Python 3. If you have it installed, it's for a Python<br>
2 somewhere on your system. You need to arrange for CHIRP to run with<br>
Python 2. My guess would be that you recently uninstalled (i.e. thinking<br>
it was an upgrade) Python 2 in favor of Python 3, or a default for<br>
/usr/bin/python changed.<br>

Most systems have both a Python 2 and Python 3 runtime right now since<br>
most of the world won't work with Python 3.<br>
