<div>When I do "Download from Radio" I see the clone bars work and see the light on the radio, but nothing is loaded in the sheet. </div>

<div>When I look at the "Upload to Radio" it is grey out, so I am unable to create a sheet and load the radio. </div>

<div>What am I missing?</div>

<div>The radio is a UV-5R. I have loaded the drivers from MTC where I purchased the radios (18). </div>
