Its a Maxton RPC-Y7R-U so is based on a Prolific chip from what I can figure out.</div>

If that doesn't work, then the problem is most likely the programming cable or its connection to the radio. If it does work, then you know the cable is good and it must be something to do with the computer (most likely the driver).<br clear="none" class="" style="">
