Mike has a 32-bit Windows computer available and using the Baofeng
software, can capture a download from the radio and an upload to the
radio with Microsoft's Portmon software in hex mode and email them to
me, that may be all I need to get things started. I'd at least like to
try that before mailing any radios or spending any money.</div>
