<p>You downloaded your UV5R's frequencies to CHIRP and what the radio says is ch-2 is 470.637 is downloaded as 462.725000?</p>
<p>That doesn't sound like you are downloading anythimg.</p>
<p>Can you load frequencies into the radio?</p>
