This is most likely caused by the programming cable not being plugged fully into the F-11. This is a common problem with the UV-5R and it equivalents.<br><br>If you haven't already, visit the <a href="http://Miklor.com">Miklor.com</a> website and take a look at the "Errors and Error Messages" page for guidance.<br>
