When I attempt to <i>export</i> a BaoFeng UV-5RA+ (ver 297)
configuration using CHIRP daily-20130129 and the *.chirp
specification, I have noticed that none of the channels that I have
programmed with an offset of "off (to block transmit on that
channel) are exported. Is there a particular reason for this to be
happening?<br>
